What you will do

Supervise, train, and evaluate area coordinators, graduate assistants, resident assistants, and other student staff.

Support residence-life programming, community building, student well-being, and academic success.

Coordinate assessments, satisfaction surveys, staff evaluations, and continuous improvement work.

Help manage housing operations, assigned budgets, applications, room assignments, and accommodations.

Participate in conduct response, conflict resolution, emergency response, and an on-call rotation.

Build effective partnerships across campus and represent Housing and Residence Life in programs and committees.

What you will bring

Master's degree, preferably in student personnel, higher education administration, or a related field.

At least three years of full-time post-master's experience.

Full-time experience in a live-in or live-on residence-life role.

Strong supervision, organization, communication, presentation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Five years of post-master's experience and prior professional staff supervision are preferred.

Schedule

Standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Frequent evenings or weekends, an on-call rotation, and occasional local or regional travel are required.
