What you will do
Provide individual and group career coaching and track student progress.
Help students build resumes, professional profiles, interview skills, and career plans.
Connect students with employer engagement and work-and-learn opportunities.
Deliver presentations, events, orientation activities, and career-development programming.
Analyze placement and employment-trend data and support campus performance goals.
Oversee student career portals and supervise federal work-study students as assigned.
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree.
At least two years of related career development or coaching experience.
Strong oral, written, interpersonal, organizational, and project-management skills.
Availability for in-person work at the Evansville campus and travel for campus or professional activities.
Master's degree and familiarity with common career assessments are preferred.
