What you will do
Recruit and coach high school students who are considering college and career pathways.
Provide one-to-one coaching, small-group sessions, workshops, tours, and orientation activities.
Help students navigate admissions, financial aid, placement, registration, dual credit, and career planning.
Coordinate with high schools, EVSC, Ivy Tech departments, community resources, and employers.
Maintain case notes, student records, progress measures, and required reports.
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree.
Two to four years of related advising, career counseling, recruiting, or student-services experience.
Strong written, verbal, presentation, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and with campus and school partners.
K-12 or college experience and experience teaching or training young adults are preferred.

Schedule
