What you will do
Serve as a front-desk and phone contact for patients, caregivers, and health care partners.
Answer incoming calls and provide professional assistance in a high-volume environment.
Process referrals and service requests from case managers, nurses, physician offices, and other sources.
Coordinate and track home medical equipment and infusion orders.
Maintain accurate patient, referral, and order information in the employer's systems.
Communicate with clients and internal teams and support routine office operations.
What you will bring
High school diploma or GED, or an accepted equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong communication, organization, customer service, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment and learn new systems.
One year of related health care, customer service, or office experience is preferred.
Medical terminology, data-entry, or pharmacy-process experience is helpful.
