What you will do
Build supportive coaching relationships and create individualized career and personal-development plans.
Assess employee needs and connect people with Goodwill services and community resources.
Coach employees on budgeting, financial stability, career growth, retention, and other barriers to self-sufficiency.
Monitor progress, maintain case-management records, and report program data accurately.
Collaborate with retail leaders, human resources, agencies, and community advocates.
What you will bring
Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
Two or more years of coaching, mentoring, or case-management experience is preferred.
Strengths-based, person-centered relationship skills with strong communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
Knowledge of community resources and experience working with people from varied backgrounds.
Strong organization, documentation, data-entry, and confidentiality practices.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance.
Ability to travel within about 75 miles and pass the employer's required screening.
Schedule
Forty hours per week in eight-hour shifts. Evening or weekend availability and travel within about 75 miles may be required.
