What you will bring
Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Able to lift more than 90 pounds and safely carry ladders.
Comfortable working at heights and on roofs.
Able to perform demanding outdoor work.
Teachable, coachable, and a strong communicator.
Able to pass background, drug, and pre-work physical checks.
