What you will do
Advise on securities law reporting, compliance, corporate governance, and stock exchange standards.
Support SEC filings and reporting activities.
Support the Board of Directors, board committees, and annual stockholder meeting.
Provide legal support for investor relations, financing, and capital markets transactions.
Draft, review, and advise on contracts and represent the organization in legal matters.
What you will bring
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and admission to the bar.
Twelve years of attorney experience, including at least six years in securities law compliance.
Strong background in Exchange Act reporting, corporate governance, and listing-standard compliance.
Excellent legal research, analysis, negotiation, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
