What you will do
Lead and supervise commercial sign-installation crews.
Install channel letters, monument signs, cabinet signs, wall signs, pylon signs, vinyl graphics, and interior signage.
Read construction drawings, site plans, and installation specifications.
Operate aerial lifts, bucket trucks, cranes, forklifts, and other installation equipment.
Coordinate schedules and job progress with project managers and customers.
Complete service documentation and maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment.
Train installers and follow company and OSHA safety requirements.
What you will bring
At least two years of commercial sign-installation experience.
Crew-lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Experience with bucket trucks, aerial lifts, forklifts, or cranes is preferred.
Valid driver's license with a reasonable driving record; CDL is a plus.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Full-time, Monday through Friday, with flexible scheduling generally between 5:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
