What you will do
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients receiving hospice services.
Manage and coordinate the patient's plan of care.
Supervise aides, licensed practical nurses, and student nurses involved in patient care.
Collaborate with the hospice team to support comfort, dignity, and continuity of care.
Maintain professional clinical documentation and follow applicable nursing standards.
What you will bring
Active Indiana Registered Nurse license or an active RN license from a compact state.
Six months of nursing experience is preferred.
Six months of home-care experience is preferred.
Ability to provide compassionate care and clinical leadership in a hospice setting.

Schedule
